LARS Support

These support pages are available to provide users of the LARS binding preparation software, solutions and answers to common situations and questions from past installations. The answers are not meant to substitute for phone or on-site technical support, but rather as a tool for system administrators and librarians to change settings or have a quick on-line reference for issues that they may encounter.Some of the solutions presented here are specifically for Bridgeport installations and may not be appropriate for other installations. In some cases an on-site evaluation must be made. If you are uncomfortable with highly technical language, please have someone from IT/IS call so the procedure can be gone over with them.
